Buying a home is probably the largest investment most of us will make. For many first time Buyers, buying a home seems to be an enormous maze. There are so many factors (emotional, financial, legal, etc.) involved. It is a time when you are faced with many unanswered questions: Where do I get a loan? Can I buy a home without having much cash? How much can I afford? Who will perform the appraisal? Who will perform my home inspection? Where do I find a closing attorney? Who pays for title insurance? And the questions go on and on. It can be a very confusing time.

You should have a Realtor who cares, who is trustworthy and has the real estate resources you need. Whether you are a 1st time home buyer or a seasoned home buyer, you need a Realtor to represent you, to help you and guide you through the home buying process.
